Here's a fail-safe way to find out which way, if any, your floors are slanted.
Enter the room where your potty-training 2yo just relieved himself (of an apparently very full bladder) and note in which direction the stream runs.
Then fetch a mop.
In our house, the floors are indeed slanted toward the middle wall.
