because there are bad days and there are ugly days and when you walk in the loneliness of a couple of ugly days in a row and you are caught in the awfulness of your own humanity and spew bitterness and accusations and hardly come up to breathe and all of it becomes too much, so you name it, call it human ugliness and repent and move away from that.
